According to WHO, “Mental health is a state of well-being in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.”

In our modern, busy and hectic lives, mental and emotional wellbeing is always difficult to sustain. Try incorporating some of these supportive techniques into everyday life to reduce the influence of traumatic wear and tear.

This idea is so important that it’s sometimes be ignored. Our mental health is much more affected by our physical health than we know. Ensure that you diet well, work out and get plenty of sleep. A fit body is a foundation for stable mental health.

Vent, if you want to. Shake it off. Walk past it. Emotional toxicity, which eventually influences your physical wellbeing, is created by harbouring frustration or ill feelings. Holding on to serious thoughts and anger is never a good option for mental health.

4.Keep your brain active:

Don’t let boredom or apathy set in. We need to keep our minds busy by learning new things and pushing ourselves in order to stay young and vibrant. Being a student in anything always helps keep our brain active and engaged and less worrisome.

9. Make a habit of giving yourself some relaxation, such as meditation or yoga:
